Lithium for Minecraft Java: Game Performance

Lithium optimizes parts of Minecraft’s game logic. It targets a different part of the game from a rendering mod such as Sodium; the effect depends on your world, other mods and hardware.

When it can help

When comparing, use the same location and settings, and check frame time as well as FPS. Client-side changes cannot remove network delay or fix a remote server’s performance.

How to install

Install Fabric Loader for the Minecraft Java version you use.
Choose that version below and download the mod and any listed dependencies.
Place the downloaded JAR files in your instance’s mods folder and start the matching Fabric profile.

If Minecraft reports a conflict or missing dependency, check the project page and try the mods one at a time. Find your Minecraft folder ↗
